Return & Exchange Policy – Blink Premium
At Blink Premium, we want you to feel confident about your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your eyewear, please read our return policy below.
1. Returns Due to Personal Preference
If you receive the product but later decide that you do not like the frame, it does not suit your face, or you simply change your mind, you may request a return. In this case, the customer must pay the delivery charge for the return. This rule applies even if the original order qualified for free delivery.
2. Returns Due to Product Defect
If the product you receive has any manufacturing defect, damage, or error from our side, you can request a return or exchange without paying any delivery charge. Blink Premium will cover the return delivery cost in such cases.
3. Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return:

The product must be unused and in its original condition.

All original packaging, accessories, and documents must be included.

The return request must be made within 3 days after receiving the product.

To request a return or exchange, please contact our customer support with your order number and a clear description of the issue. Our team will guide you through the return process.
5. Refund / Exchange
Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will process your refund or exchange accordingly.
Blink Premium reserves the right to decline returns if the product does not meet the conditions mentioned above.
